Responsibilities:

▪ Understand the Investor objectives and preferences and prepare proposals

▪ Be updated with market trends and have excellent Investor networking

▪ Attend Developer sessions on new projects and be updated on the latest projects

▪ Identify homeowners and persuade them to list their properties for sale/rent

▪ Listing in Property portals, updating the CRM system, and Property Monitor analysis

▪ Advise on the buying process, documentation, financing options, and ROI calculations

Requirements:

▪ Min 1 year of experience in Dubai Real Estate with knowledge of the real estate market

▪ Passionate about Sales and having a long-term career plan in the property business

▪ Good communication and negotiation skills, able to cultivate long-term relations

▪ Marketing and presentation abilities, leveraging digital tools and platforms

▪ Team working, collaboration, and effective time management
