Responsibilities:

1. Understand the customers Investment objectives, preferences and provide options
2. Be updated with latest developments, market trends and networking with developers
3. Attend Developer’s briefing sessions on new projects and their promotional activities
4. Identify homeowners and convince them to list their properties for sale/rent with us
5. Organize the photo/video shoot of the property for Marketing purposes
6. Arrange for listing in various property portals
7. Handle customer enquiries, understanding their requirements and arrange for viewing
8. Advising on buying process, documentation, financing options and ROI calculations


Requirements:

1. Min 2 years experience in Dubai Real Estate closing deals and surpassing targets
2. Good understanding of Real estate market, current trends, property value and regulations
3. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills able to cultivate long-term relations
4. Marketing and presentation abilities, leveraging digital tools and platforms with expertise
5. Time management skills; able to concurrently handle multiple transactions
6. UAE Driving license preferred but not mandatory
Fluency in Russian, Iranian, Chinese or Japanese is a plus
