Responsibilities:
Secondary sales-
▪ Identify homeowners and convince them to list their properties for sale/rent with us.
▪ Organize the photo/video shoot of the property for Marketing purposes.
▪ Arrange for listing in various property portals.
▪ Handle customer enquiries, understanding their requirements and arrange for viewing.
▪ Advising on buying process, documentation, financing options and ROI calculations.
Primary sales-
▪ Understand the customers Investment objectives, preferences and provide options.
▪ Be updated with latest developments, market trends and networking with developers.
▪ Attend Developer’s briefing sessions on new projects and their promotional activities
Rental sales (long term, short term and property management)-
▪ Listing properties and arranging for viewing.
▪ Assisting in contract preparation and Ejari registration
▪ Signing up the property for Management contract
Requirements:
▪ Experience in Real Estate with proven track record of closing deals and surpassing targets.
▪ Good understanding of local real estate market, current trends, property value and regulations.
▪ Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
▪ Remarkable marketing and presentation abilities, leveraging digital tools and platforms with expertise.
▪ Organizational and time management skills; able to concurrently handle multiple transactions.
▪ UAE Driving license preferred but not mandatory.
▪ Fluency in any of these languages preferred: Arabic, Russian, Iranian, Hindi and Chinese.
