Candidate profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating new business and achieving sales targets. Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in the Real estate sector in Dubai of which minimum 2 years should be in a managerial position. The person will be tasked to build his own Sales team by recruiting and training new agents. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job description
 Manage Sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance and providing coaching and feedback
 Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate new business
 Allocating the sales leads among the team
 Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals
 Good problem-solving skills to come up with effective solution
 Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
